She employs an innovation process in her work that begins with human centered research, analysis methods, iterative prototypes and tests, which reveal meaningful insights that can lead to new business opportunities. Working closely with leadership and innovation teams, she envisions and creates new products and services with a strategy for achieving enterprise goals.
Xinyao enjoys taking on almost any design challenge that is at the intersection of design, business and new technology including innovation for smart homes, virtual reality, augmented reality and drones.
